Configure Dynamics 365 AI for Sales

Dynamics 365 AI for Sales enables salespeople to build strong relationships with their customers, take actions based on insights, and close sales faster. It applies to Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement version 9.1.0.

In this article we will discuss that how can we configure Dynamics 365 AI for Sales inside Dynamics CRM.

Let’s setup Dynamics 365 AI for Sales.

1.   First open the Admin Center of dynamics 365 Using Url https://admin.microsoft.com/Adminportal/Home#/homepage

2.  Now click on Admin Center and then click on Dynamics 365.

3.  A new tab will open. select the Applications tab.

4.  Select Dynamics 365 AI for Sales.

5.  And now click on Manage.

6.  Select Consent on behalf of your organisation Check box and Click on Accept.

7.  Select the required Dynamics CRM Organisation and Click on I have read and accept the Online Service Terms.

8.  Click on Continue.

9.  Solutions related to Dynamics 365 AI for sales will be installed in CRM and Status of the Installation can be seen.

10.  Once solutions installed in CRM successfully, can see the below success message. Click on Go to Configuration.

11.  Installed solutions related to Dynamics CRM AI can be seen under CRM Solutions.

12.   AI setup configuration page will be opened in CRM. Click on I accept.

13.   We can Enable/ Disable or Reconfigure the required features.
